During present study, 30 samples of drinking water from five different sources drilled well Kifry city have been collected and investigated for the levels their physiochemical Microbiological Coliform. Chemical tests were performed include some soluble inorganic ions, such as chloride (Cl1-) calcium (Ca2+), potassium (K+) sodium (Na+), magnesium (Mg2+). While conductivity, pH, total dissolved solid (TDS), turbidity belong to physical tests.
